Bob Marley is a reggae singer born in Jamaica, February 6, 1945. His father Norval Sinclair Marley was white and his mother afro American. As a child he suffered a lot from racism and prejudice. He started his career in January 1965 at the age of 20 with a band called the Wailers as a lead singer. He produced his first album in 1974 the name of his album was Bob Marley and the Wailers. His famous songs of that album were One Love and; No Woman, No Cry.
Bob Marley believes in Jah (a lion, symbol of the Lion of Judah), the god of Rastafari. Bob Marley would sing music for Jah while smoking ganja for a spiritual act. His fame begun because he would sing against the Government. Bob Marley hated the Government for two reasons; The Government wouldn't let Rastafarists smoke ganja (a part of their spiritual beliefs) and they wouldn’t let them do what they wanted which was, believe in their God and, sing against the Government... Bob Marley died in May 11, 1981 in Miami because of a vital function disorder. Before his death, Bob Marley wrote a famous book with all his famous quotes and the last one before his death was ''Money can't buy life''.
