Mock Report

One day, one I was on the beach in Miami, I fell asleep on the sand, and I burst into this crazy dream. I was in paradise (even if I was on the beach in Miami). I walked and some many famous people that had left Earth. And while I was walking I saw my favorite artist: Bob Marley. I run towards him and asked him if I could ask him some questions, he accepted and this is the questions I asked him and his answers.

Mani: When did you start liking reggae music?

B.Marley: I started liking reggae at the age of seven.

Mani: What made you like reggae and play it?

B.Marley: The sound, the lyrics about love, unity inspired me.

Mani: Why did you have your first concert in Ethiopia?

B.Marley: Ethiopia was a very poor country I wanted to help them enjoy life.

Mani: Where did you meet your wife?

B.Marley: I met Rita in 1962 in Jamaica.

Mani: Why are you so relaxed when you sing?

B.Marley: My music is about unity and love; I can’t play it on hard music I need to chill.

Mani: Did your childhood affect your music?

B.Marley: It did because my parents divorced so I wanted to talk a lot about love.

Mani: Where you scared of death?

B.Marley: No, not at all, like I say in my songs, death comes to everyone why be afraid of it.

Mani: With what items did you get buried?

B.Marley: With my soccer ball, my Gibson Guitar.

Mani: Where did you prefer living?

B.Marley: In Jamaica, because it is a beautiful country with a beautiful culture.

Mani: Did you try making your children like music?

B.Marley: I tried, but just my eldest son, Ziggy became a singer for children in cartoons.

Song Analysis : Get Up Stand Up

Get up, stand up: stand up for your rights!
Get up, stand up: stand up for your rights!

Get up, stand up: stand up for your rights!
Get up, stand up: don't give up the fight!

Preacher man, don't tell me,
Heaven is under the earth.
I know you don't know
What life is really worth.
It's not all that glitters is gold;
'Alf the story has never been told:
So now you see the light, eh!
Stand up for your rights. come on!

Get up, stand up: stand up for your rights!
Get up, stand up: don't give up the fight!
Get up, stand up: stand up for your rights!
Get up, stand up: don't give up the fight!

Most people think,
Great god will come from the skies,
The Great depression. (1.)
And make everybody feel high.
But if you know what life is worth,
You will look for yours on earth:
And now you see the light,
You stand up for your rights. jah!

Get up, stand up! (jah, jah!
He's 900 years old.
Stand up for your rights! (oh-hoo! )
Get up, stand up! (get up, stand up! )
Don't give up the fight! (life is your right! )
Get up, stand up! (so we can't give up the fight! )
Stand up for your rights! (lord, lord! )
Get up, stand up! (keep on struggling on! )
Don't give up the fight! (yeah! )

We sick an' tired of-a your ism-skism game -
Dyin' 'n' goin' to heaven in-a Jesus' name, lord.
We know when we understand:
Almighty god is a living man.
You can fool some people sometimes,
But you , a living dead . (2.)
So now we see the light (what you gonna do?),
We gonna stand up for our rights! (yeah, yeah, yeah! )

So you better:
Get up, stand up! (in the morning! git it up! )
Stand up for your rights! (stand up for our rights! )
Get up, stand up!
Don't give up the fight! (don't give it up, don't give it up! )
Get up, stand up! (get up, stand up! )
Stand up for your rights! (get up, stand up! )
Get up, stand up! (... )
Don't give up the fight! (get up, stand up! )
Get up, stand up! (... )
Stand up for your rights!
Get up, stand up!
Don't give up the fight! /fadeout/

Song Analysis : One Love

One Love!
One Heart!
Let's get together and feel all right
.

Hear the children cryin'
(One Love! );
Hear the children cryin'
(One Heart! ),

Strong as an ox
Sayin': give thanks and praise
To the Lord and I will feel all right;
Sayin': let's get together
And feel all right.
Wo wo-wo wo-wo!

Let them all pass all their dirty
Remarks (One Love! );
There is one question
I'd really love to ask (One Heart! ):
Is there a place for the hopeless sinner,
Who has hurt all mankind just
To save his own beliefs?

One Love! What about the one heart?
One Heart!
What about?
Let's get together and feel all right
As it was in the beginning
(One Love! );
So shall it be in the end
(One Heart! ),
All right!
Give thanks and praise to the Lord
And I will feel all right;
Let's get together
And feel all right.
One more thing!

Let's get together to fight
This Holy Armageddon (One Love! ),(1.)
So when the Man comes there will be no,
No doom (One Song! ).
Have pity on those whose
Chances grows thinner;
There ain't no hiding place
From the Father of Creation.

Sayin': One Love!
What about the One Heart?
(One Heart! )
What about the?
Let's get together and feel all right.
I'm pleadin' to mankind!
(One Love! );
Oh, Lord!
(One Heart)
Wo-ooh!

Give thanks and praise to the Lord
And I will feel all right;
Let's get together and feel all right.
Give thanks and praise to the Lord
And I will feel all right;
Let's get together and feel all right.

Maybe I'll do it in a million years(2.)
